Students differ from each other in terms of score goals, learning profiles, academic strengths and standardized test-taking skills. Because students have different test-preparation needs, we provide learning choices. For students who learn better in small groups, Small Group Instruction is the best choice. For students who learn better with personalized tutoring, One-on-One is the way to go. Also, in both Small Group and One-on-One formats, students can choose either Comprehensive Prep that provides in-depth instruction, ample practice, and multiple simulated tests or Express Prep, a shorter brush-up, to reach their score goals.
Small Group consist of small groups of students (4 students) who have similar test scores and learning needs. Students may take Comprehensive Prep which consists of six three-hour classes and three practice tests. If students need to increase their SAT scores by a significant number of points then they should take the Comprehensive course. Fee: $895. Students may also take Express Prep which consists of three three-hour classes and one practice test . Express students are those who already have a solid foundation of SAT test-taking strategies and need a smaller score increase. Fee: $475
One-on-One is completely customized in terms of content, learning activities, and schedule. Students may select the Comprehensive course which includes 12 one-on-one instructional hours and three practice tests. Students who need a significant score gain, have unique learning needs or just prefer personalized instruction should consider One-on-One Comprehensive Prep. Fee: $1295. If students need a smaller increase in SAT scores, they should consider One-on-One Express Prep which consists of six instructional hours and one practice test. Fee: $615
Yes, the SAT is a standardized test, but learners are not standardized. Learners are different so one size does not fit all when it comes to SAT Preparation.
